Refunds & Cancellations

Because each piece is handmade and workshops require advance preparation, different cancellation rules apply to products, commissions and bookings.

Collectible orders

  • An order may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if it has not been dispatched.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for handmade collectibles.
  • If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item is delivered, email hello@themandaladoodles.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label.

Workshop bookings

  • Cancellation 7 or more days before the workshop: full refund.
  • Cancellation 3 to 6 days before the workshop: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation within 72 hours of the workshop: no refund.
  • If TMD Studios cancels a workshop, the booking amount will be refunded in full.

Commissioned work

Cancellation and refund eligibility for commissioned artwork depend on the approved brief, materials purchased and work already completed. The applicable terms will be provided before the commission begins.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 working days. After initiation, banks and payment providers may take approximately 5 to 10 additional working days to credit the amount to the original payment method.
